  Absolutely disgraceful and so rude. Just so rude. There seems to be a pattern here based on all the comments which is not surprising considering the shocking encounter I had today with an elderly cashier lady. It worries me to know I have my money with these people. Will be leaving NAB as a customer. The old lady at the counter was rude from the start and did nothing to help. She even went to the length of leaving her desk and talking into my face. Just disgusting. My mother and myself could not believe what we were witnessing. I would love to speak to a manager regarding the way we were treated.

  The branch address is incomplete. Seems, the bankers don't care about their customers. Would be good to add shop number and at which level of Westfield it's located.

  I came in months ago to have (what should of been) a simple task for the bank to complete. The girl who I delt with was inexperienced in dealing with what I needed done and should have been under direct supervision throughout the process. Due to her lack of training and the consequent mistakes that were made, something that should of been completed months ago is still being dragged on. This is even despite me visiting the branch several times asking them to check and ensure everything was underway. They sent me away telling me everything was fine, taking no accountability for their mistakes. Incredibly disappointing.

  Went there to make a cash deposit and the staff there were basically useless. The woman that served us (Rii I think her name was) just walked around asking other people questions and didn’t tell us anything about what she was doing until she had figured it out. The male staff that she asked the questions to was also useless and extremely rude towards her and my partner an I. This place is a joke.

  Never in my life have I dealt with such incompetent, rude staff. If you are ever served by someone named Rhys, double check the transaction has been completed correctly.
  
  I had to return a second time due to the transaction not processing correctly and was served by a woman named Fran. She was patronising and seemed to lack the basic fundamentals of customer service - be polite and try to help without giving attitude.
  
  Finally, the queue. Yes it's expected that you have to wait to be served at a bank. But honestly, the speed at which they operate.....
  
  Honestly this whole experience has turned me off using NAB. If you can't trust them with a simple cash deposit, how could you trust them with a home loan?

  Go to use coin deposit machine is out of order i walked up to ask if i could deposit at the counter or when it will be fixed and got stared at for a good minute without a word said appalling service

  Not being able to tap your card from the phone on an atm to make a deposit when you forget your card at home is super inconvenient!

  Frustrating to come out to this branch today only to find it closed. Google stated it was open. The sign at the branch stated that it would be closed on Friday 19 and Monday 22, the Opening Hours states Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm.

  Tried to open an account today and the lady that served me was completely unhelpful she said my ID wasn’t acceptable. I think she just couldn’t be bothered to do it, so me and my husband opened an account at anz instead with the same ID I had… which I also used to open an account with commonwealth years ago…apparently not excepted with Nab.

  Very poor Customer Service. No help or support from staff. Came in there today to change my address, they needed proof of address from drivers license and or photo id with address, wouldnt accept anything electronic. Despite these things being electronic these days. But yet contradictingly Told us best to do online, The worst web interface to fill in details in online banking the box was so small it took me half an hour just to create an acct and edit address, staff just looked at me no help offered. What was the point of going into the branch? If they tell you do it online?
  Westpac next door changed my address just like that at the counter. NAB has really lost me, they have tightened security so much that it has no room for Customers who may not have a drivers license or photo id or those who have just moved. It has no room for compassion. The Lady at the counter had no people skills and was quite rude and argumentative with the rules. An immigration patrol officer would suit her attitude better.
