  We are so pleased with the performance of Ian Cubbit’s Home Improvement. The products and services are the BEST and are worth every cent.
  
  In early 2016, we signed off a contract with Ian Cubbits Home Improvement, this was after productive discussions and briefing we received from their Principal Consultant (Adam Vince) in Charged in Engadine Branch. Adam had guided us in construction processes and he spent reasonable time and patience with us in explaining relevant watch-points about Granny Flat project works.
  
  Ian Cubbit Home Improvement had started the construction of our Granny Flat, timely and orderly. This facilitates in giving us more confidence and trust that Ian Cubbits will deliver a good service. From that point, we decided to engage them again to build simultaneously a second Granny Flat in our adjacent investment property where both Granny Flats were completed better than schedule and delivered the products as they promised and within agreed costs.
  
  I will give Ian Cubbit Home Improvement, an overall performance of 10 out of 10. This can be manifested by the following project outcomes:
  
  • Finished Design/Product: delivered based on what we paid for.
  • Main-Head Office supports: Aligned system processes and priorities.
  • Field Crews: Maintained professional work crews and sub- contractors, who are all professional and reliable.
