Tuesday 22/12/200 about 6.30pm, my husband and I bought 2 flatbread sliders and they were very salty. Then we also bought 'cheap as chips', asked to replace 2 large chips with mash potatoes and gravy. Customer service 'Zoey' gave us the small size and when I clarified why the banner said the large mash potatoes and gravy, she was very reluctant to replace and saying ' oh you want the large one? But have you opened it?' I said 'no' .. I think the crew need customer service training very badly.
